These Terms of Service govern your use of RealGithubStars(the “Service”). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. The service

RealGithubStars provides social-proof growth for public GitHub repositories, including stars, followers, and forks, delivered gradually from real, active accounts. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.

2. Eligibility & your responsibilities

• You must provide a valid, public repository URL and GitHub handle.
• You confirm you are authorized to promote the repository you submit.
• We never request your password, tokens, or repository access.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout and charged as one-time payments. We do not store your card details.

4. Retention guarantee & refunds

Each package includes a 30-day retention guarantee: if delivered engagement drops within 30 days, we will replenish it at no cost. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis where delivery has not begun.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for repositories that promote illegal activity, hate, or malware. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

6. No affiliation with GitHub

RealGithubStars is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by GitHub, Inc. GitHub is a trademark of its respective owner.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealGithubStars shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
